About the Client
MOONLAB build the COMPACT 1, a physical viewer for digital art. A screen you hang on a wall and put work inside.
An empty screen sells nothing. It needed art before it could ship.
What they needed
Art that ships inside the device. It had to loop forever without wearing thin, and it had to make a wall-mounted screen feel like a window.
Three worlds. Built to be lived with, not watched once.
How we helped
We gave Moonlab three looping worlds for the screen, each seamless so it holds a wall for hours, not minutes. Then a FOOH campaign to put them on the street.
Outcome
MOONLAB sell the worlds. Forest, Galaxy and Glacier ship as COMPACT 1 editions at $299, each credited to studio JIBA on the product card.
Two artists carry the storefront. studio JIBA is one of them.
