About the Client
Hoek Home is a DTC furniture brand from Brooklyn. FLEX is flat-pack furniture that folds together into shape and adapts to the room: a table, a desk, a set of shelves. It launched on Kickstarter.
What they needed
On a Kickstarter page, the way FLEX folds together has to be obvious in seconds. Hoek wanted a full set of lifestyle visuals and a product film, all CGI, no photo shoot.
How we helped
We built the whole thing in CGI: a film that folds FLEX together part by part, then lifestyle stills of it settled into real rooms. Each scene lit like a photo shoot, no crew and no reshoots.
Backers fund what they understand, so the film did the explaining.
Outcome
$53K+ raised on Kickstarter, fully funded. The campaign assets carried the page, the ads and every backer update through launch.
